Steve "The Man" Nash was bron in South Africa which in my eyes makes him black. But on to more pressing matters, Steve Nash is one of the most prominent passers in the NBA. Not to mention he's got a stroke from behind the line. Steve Nash averaged 15/ points a game in 2008-09 but he also averaged 9.8 assist per game. Which means he does a bit more passing than scoring.
